Amelie

Last night a friend and I watched Amelie for our weekly movie night, and it was the best night we've had so far. Not only did we make pasta, tasty bread, and chocolate mousse (pudding), but the movie was FANTASTIC. Easily one of the best films I've seen in a long time.

Amelie is quirky, hopeful, colorful, and really focuses on developing its characters. It is one of those films that invests in even the smallest of parts, and you find yourself wanting to crawl into the world of Amelie and rest there for a while.

Not only that, but it has a great love-story as well. No question, one of my favorite films of all time. A must-see.
