Worst Movie of all Time Contestant #1: A Walk to Remember

This post begins my quest of finding, naming, and mocking the worst movie ever to be created. I was inspired to start this series after paying $7.50 to see the horrificly bad "Have you heard about the Morgans?" (I know, I should have known) and getting angry about it. Since my bad movie experience was just one of many, I figured something must be done.

This is my attempt to call out terrible movies, point at them, laugh at them, and basically put them to their much-deserved shame.

Enjoy.

Worst Movie of all Time Contestant #1: A Walk to Remember.

Reasons for nomination: Mandy Moore. Fifty bad romantic movie cliches mashed together in one corny, sappy, badly acted film. Shane West. 100 quotes that made me want to run screaming from the theater. Weeping girls all around me. Mandy Moore.

Horrible quote to ensure its nomination: "Our love is the wind. I can't see it, but I can sure feel it." - Landon "the 'tough' but secretly sensitive mopey guy."

The moment I knew it would make this post: The first time Mandy Moore spoke...

Scale of 1-10 on how much intense-dislike-bile came up while watching? 10.

Honestly, this one will probably win. It's the worst.

Wednesday Post: Avatar

For our Wednesday this week, Eric and I went to see Avatar (in all its 3D glory).

Let me tell you, everything "they" have been saying about the movie...

it's all true.

Not only was it a wonderful story and an adventure through and through, but it was also colorful and lively and fun.

It was like entering into a whole new world.

I won't often say this about a movie, but Avatar was worth the $13.00 bucks.

Added bonus: The 3D glasses made me feel like James Bond.

Happy Birthdays.

One of my favorite things about my house and the people who live in it?
We can still go to Chuckie Cheeses for someone's birthday and have a really, really good time.
Happy Birthday Joel. Enjoy those whoopie cushions.
